辽宁某含硼铁精矿造团—金属化还原铁—磁选试验

【摘要】:辽宁某含硼铁精矿主要有价元素为铁、硼,TFe含量为55.55%,B_2O_3含量为4.22%;铁主要以磁铁矿形式存在,硼主要以硼镁石形式存在,杂质矿物主要为蛇纹石和磁黄铁矿。为实现该含硼铁精矿中硼、铁的有效分离,采用造团—金属化还原铁—磁选工艺进行硼铁分离试验。结果表明,制成鐖15 mm×20 mm柱状体团块的含硼铁精矿外配过量的还原煤(n(C)∶n(Fe)=2.5),在还原温度为1 125℃和还原时间为150 min条件下进行焙烧,获得的焙烧产品铁金属化率为88.92%;焙烧产品磨细至-0.074 mm占65%,在磁场强度为80 k A/m条件下弱磁选后,可获得铁品位为92.7%、回收率94.4%的优质铁精矿和B_2O_3含量为14.5%、回收率为84.4%的合格硼精矿,实现了硼铁的有效分离。
[Abstract]:The main valuable element of a boron-bearing iron concentrate in Liaoning is iron, the content of TFE in boron is 55.55 and the content of B _ 2O _ 3 is 4.22. Iron mainly exists in the form of magnetite, boron is mainly in the form of boromite, and the impurity minerals are serpentine and pyrrhotite.
