综采“三机”联动控制系统研究
[Abstract]:With the increasing automation level of fully mechanized coal mining face, realizing unmanned coal face is the development direction and goal of fully mechanized mining technology. The automation of "three machines" in fully mechanized coal mining is the premise and foundation of realizing unmanned working face. Although some domestic coal mines have realized certain automatic function of following machine, they basically adopt foreign automatic control system, and the domestic technology is not mature. Through analyzing the working principle, linkage requirement and fully mechanized mining technology of shearer, hydraulic support and scraper conveyor, this paper takes the equipment of a fully mechanized mining face as the research object, and formulates the "three machines" linkage mechanized mining technology scheme. The "three machines" linkage process flow is given, the overall scheme of the "three machines" linkage control system is designed, and the relevant parameters to be detected in the linkage process are determined, and the type selection design of the linkage controller and the support controller is carried out based on Siemens S7-300 PLC. The system hardware platform is constructed based on the system hardware platform, which is based on the technological process and the analysis of the relationship between the "three computers", and the communication mode between the controllers is determined by selecting the sensor of the linkage parameter detection, and then the hardware platform of the system is constructed. The PLC control software of the linkage controller and the support controller is designed, and the system monitoring platform is developed by using the WinCC configuration software, and the effectiveness of the "three-machine" linkage control software is verified under the virtual PLC hardware environment of the simulation software PLCSIM. To sum up, according to the parameters of fully mechanized mining equipment and the requirements of fully mechanized mining technology, this paper studies and designs a set of relatively complete solution of "three machines" linkage control in fully mechanized coal mining, which plays an active role in improving automation level of fully mechanized coal face and realizing unmanned working face.
