煤矿掘进班组安全氛围研究
[Abstract]:Shift group is the basic organization in coal mine enterprise, coal mine safety accident mostly occurs in work group. The study on the safety atmosphere of coal mine teams is not only an important part of the research on safety atmosphere of coal mine enterprises, but also a response to the present situation of safety management in coal mining enterprises, which is helpful to improve the level of safety management in coal mining enterprises. To reduce coal mine safety accidents and unsafe behavior of employees, it is necessary to study the safety atmosphere of coal mine teams. However, at present, the research on the safety atmosphere of the coal mine industry in our country is still very scarce. Therefore, this paper aims to build a set of scientific and practical evaluation index system for the safety atmosphere of the coal mine teams and groups. The paper also analyzes the interrelation among the dimensions that affect the safety atmosphere of the teams and groups, and provides some suggestions for the safety management of coal mine teams and groups. First of all, on the basis of the relevant theoretical research results at home and abroad and the working characteristics of the teams of coal mining enterprises in China, select representative and accident prone tunneling teams as the research object, through literature collation and team members interviews, from the environment, The factors that affect the safety atmosphere of the shift group are divided from four aspects: group members, team members and enterprises, and the preset scale of safety atmosphere of the initial tunneling group is obtained. Secondly, according to the index system of safety atmosphere measurement, the questionnaire of safety atmosphere is compiled, and the 8 first dimension and 27 second level indexes of safety atmosphere of tunneling team are determined by principal component analysis. Thirdly, by using the structural equation model, we construct the safety atmosphere structural equation model I and model II, and use AMOS software to test the adaptability of the model. In order to provide the basis for improving the safety atmosphere of the shift group, the paper analyzes the interactional relationship within the indicators by using the explanatory structure model. Finally, the safety atmosphere of a tunneling team is measured, the rating of the atmosphere is given, and suggestions for improvement are put forward. Through the research, this paper identifies the influencing factors of the safety atmosphere of the tunneling team, constructs the safety climate measurement index system of the tunneling team, and determines the safety climate measurement scale of the tunneling team. Finally, it provides an operable method for evaluating the safety atmosphere of the working group. This method can be used to determine the current situation of the safety atmosphere of the tunneling teams, which is helpful for enterprises to put forward targeted rectification measures, to improve the safety atmosphere of the teams and teams, and to reduce the safety accidents.
