浮选回收某缓冷铜冶炼渣中的铜

【摘要】:某闪速炉缓冷铜渣含铜1.01%,主要有用矿物为斑铜矿、辉铜矿和黄铜矿,主要脉石矿物为辉石、玻璃质和磁铁矿等。为了实现其中铜的高效回收,在工艺矿物学研究的基础上,对其进行了浮选选铜试验。结果表明,在磨矿细度为-0.045 mm占90%的情况下,采用2次粗选(一次粗选直接获得高品位铜精矿)、3次精选、2次扫选流程,其中一段硫化铜粗选的捕收剂BK-908用量为20 g/t、起泡剂2~#油用量为20 g/t,二段硫化粗选的捕收剂EP用量为40 g/t、矿浆pH调整剂石灰用量为500 g/t、硫化剂硫化钠用量为250 g/t、起泡剂2~#油用量为30 g/t,最终获得了铜品位为17.77%、铜回收率为89.38%的铜精矿。
[Abstract]:The slow cooling copper slag of a flash furnace contains 1. 01% copper. The main minerals are porphyrite, chalcopyrite and chalcopyrite, and the main gangue minerals are pyroxene, vitreous and magnetite. In order to realize the efficient recovery of copper, flotation and separation experiments were carried out on the basis of the study of process mineralogy. The results show that under the condition of grinding fineness of -0.045 mm accounting for 90%, the process of three times cleaning and two times cleaning is adopted in the case of two rough dressing (one coarse dressing directly to obtain high grade copper concentrate). The amount of collector BK-908 is 20 g / t, the amount of foaming agent 2 # oil is 20 g / t, the dosage of EP is 40 g / t, the dosage of lime is 500g / t, the amount of sodium sulphide is 250g / t. The copper concentrate with a copper grade of 17.77 and a copper recovery of 89.38% was obtained when the amount of oil was 30 g / t.
