摩擦电选法回收废弃线路板中有机组分的研究

【摘要】:本研究采用摩擦电选法回收废弃线路板中的有机组分,主要探究了废弃线路板非金属组分的摩擦荷电特性,以及在最优分选参数条件下进行静电分选的效果。不同组分荷质比的测量结果显示,PMMA作为摩擦材料使废弃线路板非金属组分中的有机物与无机物荷电性质相反,荷质比差异较大,说明PMMA作为摩擦材料时废弃线路板非金属组分中的有机物与无机物可实现摩擦静电分选。分选结果表明靠近两极位置的收集槽中产品的产率较高,分别为27.22%和51.71%,靠近正极收集槽中产物有机组分的烧失量达到了81.42%。该研究证明了摩擦电选回收废弃线路板中有机组分的可行性,为废弃线路板有价组分的回收和再利用提供了一种有效的途径。
[Abstract]:In this study, friction electrolysis was used to recover the organic components from the waste circuit board. The friction charge characteristics of the non-metallic components of the waste circuit board and the effect of electrostatic separation under the optimal separation parameters were investigated. The results of the measurement of the charge / mass ratio of different components show that PMMA is used as friction material to make the charge properties of organic compounds in non-metallic components of waste circuit boards contrary to those of inorganic materials, and the charge / mass ratio is quite different. The results show that PMMA can be used as friction material to separate organic and inorganic compounds from non-metallic components of waste circuit board. The separation results showed that the yield of the product in the collection tank near the two poles was 27.22% and 51.71%, respectively, and the burning loss of the organic components of the product near the positive electrode collecting tank reached 81.42%. This study proves the feasibility of triboelectric separation and recovery of the components in the waste circuit board, and provides an effective way for the recovery and reuse of the valuable components of the waste circuit board.
