采煤机摇臂齿轮传动系统的可靠性优化设计

【摘要】:针对采煤机摇臂齿轮传动系统的设计,以可靠性设计理论为基础,推导出在齿轮强度、应力都服从正态分布时的齿面接触疲劳强度和齿根弯曲疲劳强度为约束条件,齿轮系体积最小为目标函数的优化数学模型,通过Matlab的遗传算法优化工具箱对其进行优化求解。实例结果表明,方法得到的设计参数能有效地提高摇臂齿轮传动系统的可靠度,减小齿轮传动系统的体积、重量,有利于实现产品轻量化,节约成本。
[Abstract]:According to the design of shearer rocker arm gear transmission system, based on the reliability design theory, the contact fatigue strength of tooth surface and the bending fatigue strength of tooth root under normal distribution of gear strength and stress are derived. The optimal mathematical model with the minimum volume of gear system as the objective function is solved by the genetic algorithm optimization toolbox of Matlab. The results show that the design parameters obtained by the method can effectively improve the reliability of the rocker arm gear transmission system, reduce the volume and weight of the gear transmission system, facilitate the realization of lightweight products and save the cost.
