泡沫掺量对固化充填材料特性影响实验研究

【摘要】:固化充填材料在矿井井下采空区堵漏和密闭墙构建方面起到了良好的效果,是防治煤自燃火灾的主要材料之一。论文围绕泡沫掺量对固化充填材料的特性影响展开研究,在研究发泡剂性能和两种胶凝材料性能的基础上,实验研究掺入不同泡沫量的两种固化充填材料性能,为防治煤自燃的实际应用提供了实验依据。论文主要开展了以下工作:实验以复合发泡剂作为固化充填材料的泡沫发泡剂,采用正交实验优选出发泡条件:1:30发泡液浓度、50℃发泡液温度和0.5m3/h压缩空气流量。采用显微实验分析泡沫结构随时间的变化,研究表明随时间变化泡沫组成由独立气泡变为多气泡融合形态,且气泡直径变大,气泡膜变薄。实验研究了不同水灰比的普通硅酸盐水泥、硫铝酸盐水泥的固化特性。随着水灰比的增大两种胶凝材料初、终凝时间、流动度增大黏度减小;硫铝酸盐水泥凝结时间和黏度小于硅酸盐水泥,流动度大于硅酸盐水泥。加入泡沫之后,随着泡沫掺量的增加充填材料初凝时间增大,流动度减小;硫铝酸盐充填材料初凝时间小于硅酸盐水泥,流动度大于硅酸盐水泥充填材料,随泡沫掺量的增加两种固化材料密度减小、气孔率增大,且硫铝酸盐固化材料密度、抗压强度大于硅酸盐固化材料,气孔率小于硅酸盐固化材料。采用数码显微镜和XRD、SEM研究了固化充填材料微观特性。随着泡沫掺量的增加,材料内部孔的直径变大,且由单独的球形密闭孔结构变成结构较差、相互贯通的多孔。硫铝酸盐水泥在1倍、2倍泡沫掺量时能形成较好的微孔(孔直径1mm),硅酸盐固化材料在1倍泡沫掺量时能形成微孔。泡沫掺量的增加并不影响材料的水化进程,但材料水化产物结晶度降低、形貌变差,且水化产物之间的孔隙变大。
[Abstract]:The solidified filling material is one of the main materials to prevent the spontaneous combustion of coal, which has played a good effect in plugging leakage and building the closed wall in the underground goaf. In this paper, the effect of foam content on the properties of solidified filling materials is studied. On the basis of the study of foaming agent and two kinds of cementing materials, the properties of two kinds of solidified filling materials with different foams are studied experimentally. The experimental basis is provided for the practical application of preventing coal spontaneous combustion. The main work of this paper is as follows: the compound foaming agent is used as foaming agent for curing filling material, and the foaming condition is selected by orthogonal experiment.
