采煤机零件参数化CAE分析系统

【摘要】:为了避免采煤机零件有限元分析繁琐的前处理设置和降低有限元分析的门槛,提高采煤机零件有限元分析效率,对采煤机零件的参数化CAE分析方法进行研究,综合利用UG(Unigraphics NX)二次开发工具和VS2012编程软件开发了基于UG的采煤机零件参数化CAE分析系统。该系统可在UG软件中直接进行零件参数化CAE分析,可直接调用前处理对话框进行有限元分析前处理的设置,通过程序直接调用解算求解器完成分析过程,实现了采煤机关键零件参数化CAE分析全过程,避免了以往不同软件转换造成的数据丢失问题,提高了分析效率。实例验证了该系统的有效性。
[Abstract]:In order to avoid the complicated pre-processing setting and reduce the threshold of finite element analysis of shearer parts, and improve the efficiency of finite element analysis of shearer parts, the parameterized CAE analysis method of shearer parts is studied. A parameterized CAE analysis system for shearer parts based on UG is developed by using UG (Unigraphics NX) secondary development tool and VS2012 programming software. The system can directly carry out parametric CAE analysis of parts in UG software, can directly call the pre-processing dialog box to set up the pre-processing of finite element analysis, and complete the analysis process by calling the solver directly through the program. The whole process of parameterized CAE analysis of key parts of shearer is realized, which avoids the problem of data loss caused by the conversion of different software in the past, and improves the efficiency of analysis. The effectiveness of the system is verified by an example.
