可缩性金属支架的内力计算及稳定性分析

【摘要】：可缩性金属支架是广泛应用于矿山巷道的一种支护方式,尤其是对于深埋、软弱矿山巷道,更是常用的支护形式,它可以适应围岩发生较大变形及其压力。本文针对可缩性金属支架进行了研究,主要包括以下几个方面： (1)对金属支架破坏类型进行分析和研究,根据支架的变形特征和受力破坏机制,把支架破坏类型分为六类。 (2)建立可缩性金属支架的计算模型,对U型钢可缩性支架缩动前后的内力进行计算,并推导出可缩性金属支架的计算公式,从而方便进行支架选型、设计和支架强度以及稳定性验算,对支架的设计内力计算和工程实际应用都具有一定的参考价值。 (3)最后对可缩性金属支架的稳定性进行了理论分析,以及利用ANSYS有限元模拟软件对支架结构稳定性进行模拟分析,可以更好地指导提高巷道金属支架的整体承载能力。
[Abstract]:Retractable metal support is a support method widely used in mine roadways, especially for deep buried and weak mine roadways. It can adapt to the large deformation and pressure of surrounding rock. This paper has carried on the research to the retractable metal support, mainly includes the following several aspects: (1) carries on the analysis and the research to the metal support damage type, according to the support deformation characteristic and the mechanical failure mechanism, The failure types of the support are divided into six categories. (2) the calculation model of the retractable metal support is established, and the internal forces before and after the shrinkage of the U-shaped steel shrunken support are calculated, and the formula for calculating the retractable metal support is derived. Therefore, it is convenient to select the support, design and check the strength and stability of the support. It has certain reference value for the design internal force calculation and practical application of the support. (3) finally, the stability of the shearable metal support is analyzed theoretically. ANSYS finite element simulation software is used to simulate and analyze the stability of the support structure, which can better guide and improve the overall bearing capacity of the metal support in roadway.
