煤炭企业全面风险管理策略分析

【摘要】：为深入研究煤炭企业全面风险管理,本文采用问卷调查和主成分分析法,分析了煤矿企业安全生产运营的主要风险因素,确定了煤矿安全生产运营中的六大主要影响因子,并对此提出了在企业经营方面、生产技术方面、安全文化建设方面及企业管理方面的全面风险管理预控措施。运用Vensim软件对提出的预控措施进行系统动力学仿真,验证了各预控措施的有效性,并通过分别增加各项预控措施的影响程度,得出了煤炭企业全面风险管理的最优策略,加强生产技术预控措施是其重点实施措施。
[Abstract]:In order to deeply study the overall risk management of coal enterprises, this paper analyzes the main risk factors of the safe production operation of coal mining enterprises by means of questionnaire survey and principal component analysis, and determines the six main influencing factors in the safe production operation of coal mines. In this paper, the comprehensive risk control measures in the aspects of enterprise management, production technology, safety culture construction and enterprise management are put forward. The system dynamics simulation of the proposed pre-control measures is carried out by using Vensim software, and the effectiveness of each pre-control measure is verified. By increasing the influence degree of each pre-control measure, the optimal strategy of overall risk management in coal enterprises is obtained. Strengthening the production technology control measures is its key implementation measures.
