【摘要】：利用枯草芽孢杆菌对贵州的某磷矿石进行微生物浸出试验研究。结果表明,枯草芽孢杆菌对磷矿石有较强的溶解能力。最佳培育条件为:磷矿粉浓度3g/L,培养温度37℃,初始pH=7,以醋酸钠为碳源。在最佳条件下,磷的浸出率达51.76%。
