软破复杂矿岩条件下无底柱分段崩落法拉槽工艺研究及实践

【摘要】:软破复杂矿岩条件下,无底柱分段崩落法切割槽的施工相当困难,是导致矿山悬顶频繁、矿石回采率低的重要原因之一,针对这一难题进行了试验研究,现场试验结果表明:采用平行扇形中深孔一次成槽技术方案,能够大幅度提高软破复杂矿岩条件下的切割槽质量,可使年度成槽合格率由60%提升至80%(按进路条数计算),悬顶率下降20%(按进路条数计算),矿石回采率整体提升12%,且安全灵活,值得类似矿山借鉴应用
[Abstract]:Under the condition of soft breaking complex ore rock, it is very difficult to construct the cutting groove by sublevel caving method without bottom pillar, which is one of the important reasons leading to frequent suspended roof and low ore recovery rate. In view of this difficult problem, an experimental study has been carried out. The field test results show that the quality of the cutting slot can be greatly improved by adopting the technical scheme of single slot formation with parallel sector meso-deep holes under the condition of soft breaking complex ore rock. The annual qualified rate of grooving can be raised from 60% to 80% (calculated according to the number of route lines), the rate of suspended roof can be reduced by 20% (calculated by the number of entry roads), the recovery rate of ore can be increased by 12% as a whole, and it is safe and flexible, which is worthy of reference and application in similar mines.
