采煤机摇臂惰轮轴载荷分析与实验研究

【摘要】:为研究采煤机摇臂惰轮轴复杂工况下的力学特性和载荷特性,采用销轴传感器对采煤机不同截割工况下的摇臂惰轮轴载荷进行测试,通过无线采集模块对测试数据实时存储和传输,得到惰轮轴Z向和Y向的载荷曲线,分析结果表明:采煤机斜切进刀时惰轮轴所受载荷最大,Z向最大载荷33.38 kN,Y向最大载荷35.60 kN,且在整个过程中,Y向载荷均大于Z向载荷,研究结果为摇臂惰轮轴载荷测试提供了新方法,为采煤机摇臂故障监测和煤岩识别提供数据支持,同时对采煤机零部件设计和优化具有重要的指导意义。
[Abstract]:In order to study the mechanical characteristics and load characteristics of the shaft of the rocker of shearer under complicated working conditions, the load of the shaft of the idler wheel of the shearer under different cutting conditions was measured by pin shaft sensor. The load curves in Z direction and Y direction of idler axle are obtained by real-time storage and transmission of test data by wireless acquisition module. The results show that the maximum load on the idler shaft is 33.38 kN,Y with the maximum load of 35.60 kN, and the load in Y direction is greater than that in Z direction in the whole process. The research results provide a new method for load testing of idler wheel shaft, provide data support for fault monitoring and coal rock identification of the rocker arm of shearer, and have important guiding significance for the design and optimization of shearer parts and components.
