巷道清理机工作装置动力学与有限元分析

【摘要】:随着社会经济的飞速发展,各行各业对能源的需求量不断增加,这种趋势推动了采矿业的发展。在采矿业不断的发展下,各种矿洞应运而生,巷道清理机的需求量也相应增加。巷道清理机的工作装置是其工作的主要部件,对工作装置进行研究是很有必要的。本文在了解巷道清理机国内外发展现状的基础上,参考国内外的同类型机型,对工作装置的结构进行分析。在对工作阻力的分析和对工作装置危险工况的确定的基础上,分析工作装置各个工况的受力情况,对工作装置的动力学分析提供理论依据。利用Slidworks软件建立巷道清理机工作装置的模型。将模型导入ADAMS中,建立巷道清理机工作装置的虚拟样机模型。在ADAMS中对工作装置进行运动学仿真,分析其工作范围;对工作装置各个工况进行动力学仿真,分析各个工况下油缸和铰点的受力情况。通过运动学分析结果确定工作装置的工作范围,通过动力学分析结果校核油缸的选型是否合理,同时分析大臂、斗杆、滑移臂和破碎锤的危险工况。利用ANSYS软件静力学分析模块,针对动力学分析出的危险工况进行有限元分析,分析工作装置的大臂、斗杆、滑移臂和破碎锤在危险工况下的应力应变情况。对破碎锤进行模态分析,分析出其自由模态下的固有频率和各阶频率的振型,对破碎锤工作频率的选择和破碎锤结构的设计具有一定的参考作用。
[Abstract]:With the rapid development of social economy, the demand for energy in various industries is increasing, which promotes the development of mining industry. With the development of mining industry, all kinds of mine holes emerge as the times require, and the demand of roadway cleaning machine increases accordingly. The working device of roadway cleaning machine is the main part of its work, so it is necessary to study the working device. On the basis of understanding the present situation of roadway cleaning machine at home and abroad and referring to the same type of machine at home and abroad, the structure of the working device is analyzed in this paper. Based on the analysis of the working resistance and the determination of the dangerous working condition of the working device, the stress of each working condition is analyzed, which provides the theoretical basis for the dynamic analysis of the working device. The model of working device of roadway cleaning machine is established by using Slidworks software. The model is imported into ADAMS, and the virtual prototype model of the working device of roadway cleaning machine is established. The kinematics simulation of the working device is carried out in ADAMS, and the working range is analyzed, and the dynamic simulation of each working condition is carried out to analyze the stress of the cylinder and hinge under each working condition. The working range of the working device is determined by the kinematics analysis results and the results of dynamics analysis are used to check whether the selection of the oil cylinder is reasonable or not and the dangerous working conditions of the big arm the bucket rod the slip arm and the broken hammer are analyzed at the same time. Using ANSYS software statics analysis module, the finite element analysis is carried out to analyze the stress and strain of the working device's big arm, bucket rod, slip arm and broken hammer under the dangerous working condition. The modal analysis of the hammer is carried out, and the natural frequency and the modes of each order frequency in the free mode are analyzed, which can be used as a reference for the selection of the working frequency of the hammer and the design of the structure of the hammer.
