浮选矿浆液位自动调节系统的优化改进

【摘要】:为了提高企业在经济市场中的竞争力,酒泉钢铁选烧厂不断地采用新技术、新方法来完善和优化工艺过程的自动化控制系统。其中,选矿工序浮选矿浆液位控制系统改造就是其中一项重大变革。针对选矿工艺流程和现场控制的特点,对影响浮选矿浆液位控制不稳定的因素进行了统计和分析,确定了液位调节气动阀和所采用的PID控制方式是液位调节系统稳定运行的主要因素。浮选矿浆液位受设备运行方式、各种物料供给量等的影响,呈非线性变化,且波动大、变化快。对此通过前期调研和实验,确定和实施了相应的整改措施,对控制系统供电电源及执行机构气动阀进行了技术改造;为了弥补线性PID控制方式对非线性变量的控制缺陷,增加了对采样值两级复合滤波的处理方法;为了控制系统的调节稳定性和较快的响应速度,增加了一个模糊控制环节,构成模糊PID控制,并为控制环节增加了Smith预估补偿控制方式。通过对浮选矿浆液位控制系统技术改造后,将浮选液位波动范围从原来的±30mm提高到控制范围为±10mm以内且实现了快速和稳定调节。同时,为了实现浮选计算机控制站对浮选液位系统远程参数设置和监控功能,利用Profibus-DP网络总线技术,建立了西门子控制系统与罗克韦尔控制系统之间的无扰通讯,使整个选烧厂自动化控制系统高度集中化。浮选矿浆液位自动化控制改造项目的实施,在选矿生产运行过程中得到了印证,液位的控制精度得到了提高,降低了波动范围。浮选矿浆液位自动控制系统的优化改进,不仅提高了浮选精矿回收金属量,还降低设备故障率和设备维护费用,使控制系统具有良好的跟踪性能和抗干扰能力,提高了浮选矿浆液位的稳定性,提高了浮选的产品质量,创造了显著的经济效益。
[Abstract]:In order to improve the competitiveness of enterprises in the economic market, Jiuquan Iron and Steel Sintering Plant continuously adopts new technology and method to perfect and optimize the automatic control system of technological process. Among them, the transformation of flotation slurry level control system in ore dressing process is one of the major changes. According to the characteristics of ore dressing process and field control, the factors influencing the instability of flotation slurry level control are analyzed. It is determined that the pneumatic valve and the PID control mode are the main factors for the stable operation of the level regulating system. The level of flotation slurry is influenced by the operation mode of equipment and the supply of all kinds of materials. The level of flotation slurry has a nonlinear change, which fluctuates greatly and changes rapidly. Through the previous investigation and experiment, the corresponding rectification measures are determined and implemented, the power supply of the control system and the pneumatic valve of the actuator are reformed, in order to make up the control defect of the linear PID control mode to the nonlinear variable, In order to control the stability of the control system and the fast response speed, a fuzzy control link is added to form the fuzzy PID control. The Smith predictive compensation control method is added to the control link. After the technical transformation of flotation slurry level control system, the fluctuation range of flotation liquid level was raised from 卤30mm to 卤10mm, and the rapid and stable adjustment was realized. At the same time, in order to realize the remote parameter setting and monitoring function of floatation liquid level system in the floatation computer control station, the non-disturbance communication between Siemens control system and Rockwell control system is established by using Profibus-DP network bus technology. The automatic control system of the whole plant is highly centralized. The implementation of the project of automatic control of flotation slurry level has been proved in the process of ore dressing operation. The control precision of liquid level has been improved and the fluctuation range has been reduced. The optimization and improvement of automatic level control system for flotation slurry not only increase the amount of metals recovered from flotation concentrate, but also reduce the failure rate and maintenance cost of equipment, so that the control system has good tracking performance and anti-interference ability. The stability of flotation slurry liquid level was improved, the product quality of flotation was improved, and remarkable economic benefits were created.
