危险源控制理论研究及在煤矿事故预防中的应用

【摘要】:事故发生前明确可能存在的各种原因对事故预防至关重要。基于对事故本质的分析,提出事故触发链条理论,充实了事故致因论。将控制论与事故触发链条理论相结合,建立了微观安全生产的危险源控制理论,并依据该理论建立了企业安全生产工作"三步法"。以煤矿采空区瓦斯爆炸事故的危险源控制体系为例,分析说明了该方法的具体工作步骤。危险源控制理论的提出进一步完善和充实了安全控制论、安全设计及可靠性问题等,可为危险源控制措施的研究提供理论依据。
[Abstract]:It is very important to identify the possible causes before the accident to prevent the accident. Based on the analysis of the nature of accident, the theory of accident trigger chain is put forward, which enriches the theory of accident cause. Combining the theory of cybernetics with the theory of accident trigger chain, the theory of hazard source control for microcosmic safety production is established, and the "three-step method" for enterprise safety work is established according to the theory. Taking the hazard control system of gas explosion accident in goaf of coal mine as an example, the concrete working steps of this method are analyzed and explained. The theory of hazard source control has further perfected and enriched the safety control theory, safety design and reliability problems, which can provide theoretical basis for the study of hazard source control measures.
