综采工作面巷道超前液压支架选型设计及展望

【摘要】:针对我国巷道超前液压支架支护技术存在设计标准缺失、对顶板反复支撑、运输巷道配套复杂等技术难题,采用理论分析、数值模拟等方法对巷道超前段支护参数、架型设计、配套方式等进行分析。研究结果表明:由于巷道超前段受重复采动及锚杆、锚索支护的影响,可以采用现场实测与数值模拟相结合的方法确定合理的巷道超前支护距离与支护强度。基于不同的巷道断面尺寸及支护要求,一般选择四连杆式或伸缩杆式超前液压支架,前者具有抗弯、抗扭性强的优点,适用于大断面巷道,而后者则具有结构简单、质量轻等优点,更适用于小断面巷道。巷道超前液压支架是大型巷道超前支护的主要发展方向,但仍然存在对顶板反复支撑破坏、配套空间狭窄等技术难题。
[Abstract]:Aiming at the lack of design standard for the supporting technology of leading hydraulic support in roadway in our country, the supporting parameters and frame type of the leading section of roadway are designed by the methods of theoretical analysis and numerical simulation for the technical problems such as repeated roof support and complicated supporting of transportation roadway, etc. The supporting methods are analyzed. The research results show that due to the influence of repeated mining, bolt and cable support on the leading section of roadway, the method of combining field measurement and numerical simulation can be used to determine the reasonable advance support distance and support strength of roadway. Based on different roadway section size and support requirements, four-bar or telescopic rod type lead hydraulic support is generally chosen. The former has the advantages of bending resistance and torsional resistance, which is suitable for large section roadway, while the latter has simple structure. Light weight and other advantages, more suitable for small section roadway. Advance hydraulic support is the main development direction of advance support in large roadway, but there are still some technical problems such as repeated support and destruction of roof, narrow supporting space and so on.
