基于自感效应的磁铁矿含铁量快速测量系统研究

【摘要】:含铁量是衡量磁铁矿品质的重要指标之一,近年来,随着市场需求的激增以及选矿生产规模的不断扩大,其快速测试方法的研究逐渐受到铁矿产品加工企业和钢铁生产企业的关注。铁矿石含铁量测试通常采用化学分析法,化学分析方法准确、可靠,但要求用特定的试剂、特定的试验人员、按照特定的试验程序、在特定的环境中完成,不能满足现代选矿测试过程中批量化、自动化等要求。因此,为实现铁矿加工、生产以及销售过程中的含铁量检测的实时与快速性,保证钢铁生产加工中原材料品质,磁铁矿含铁量的快速测试研究已经迫在眉睫。本文根据磁铁矿含铁量测量方法的现状,对基于自感式电感传感器的磁铁矿含铁量测量方法进行研究,设计了一个磁铁矿含铁量快速实时测量系统。系统包括以电感传感器为核心的信息采集模块和以PIC单片机为核心的微处理模块。由于传感器输出信号小且电感传感器的输出性能易受温度、湿度和紧实率的影响,本文通过实验分析磁铁矿紧实率、温度和湿度等关键影响因素对传感器输出性能的影响,定量的解出各种参数相对于输出电压的回归模型,并检验回归模型以及回归系数的显著性,综合计算磁铁矿的含铁量。自感式电感传感器测量磁铁矿含铁量系统具有实时测量、操作便捷、体积小巧、受环境影响小等优点。从发展方向上看,为了满足世界钢铁产业的发展需求,带动我国铁矿产业向着高效率、智能化的方向发展,研究自感式磁铁矿含铁量快速测量技术有着重大的宏观意义。
[Abstract]:Iron content is one of the important indexes to measure the quality of magnetite. In recent years, with the rapid increase of market demand and the expansion of mineral processing scale, The research of its rapid test method has gradually attracted the attention of iron ore product processing enterprises and iron and steel production enterprises. Iron ore content testing is usually done by chemical analysis, which is accurate and reliable, but requires specific reagents, specific testers, specific test procedures, and specific environments. It can not meet the requirements of batch and automation in the process of modern mineral processing and testing. Therefore, in order to realize the real-time and rapid detection of iron content in the process of iron ore processing, production and sale, and to ensure the quality of raw materials in iron and steel production and processing, it is urgent to study the iron content of magnetite. According to the present situation of iron content measurement method in magnetite, this paper studies the measurement method of iron content in magnetite based on self-inductance sensor, and designs a fast real-time measurement system for iron content in magnetite. The system includes an information acquisition module based on inductance sensor and a micro-processing module based on PIC microcontroller. Because the output signal of the sensor is small and the output performance of the inductance sensor is easily affected by temperature, humidity and compactness, this paper analyzes the effect of the key factors, such as magnetite compactness, temperature and humidity, on the output performance of the sensor through experiments. The regression model of various parameters relative to the output voltage is solved quantitatively, and the regression model and the significance of the regression coefficient are tested, and the iron content of magnetite is calculated synthetically. The system of measuring iron content in magnetite with self-inductance sensor has the advantages of real-time measurement, convenient operation, small volume and small environmental influence. From the point of view of development direction, in order to meet the development demand of the world iron and steel industry and drive the iron ore industry of our country to develop in the direction of high efficiency and intelligence, it is of great macroscopic significance to study the rapid measurement technology of iron content of self-sensing magnetite.
