采场结构参数优化与验证

【摘要】:合理设置采场结构参数是矿山企业需解决的技术难题。以大新锰矿西北采区+340 m中段的采矿工程为背景,采用Mathew图法验核现有采场设计参数的合理性,优化了采场结构参数。研究结果为:1矿山矿柱尺寸选取合理,能够保证开采安全;2矿块斜长为60 m时,Ⅰ矿与Ⅱ、Ⅲ矿的矿房沿走向的极限宽度理论计算值分别为13.5,10.8 m;建议在今后采矿设计中矿房宽度取9 m;3合理布置西北采区Ⅱ、Ⅲ矿矿柱与Ⅰ矿矿房采空区位置,使之达到上下对应,减少矿柱不合理布置带来的安全隐患。
