淮南矿区煤矸石地球化学特征及利用途径研究

【摘要】:煤是我国重要能源之一,淮南煤田为我国东部最重要的能源基地,在采煤过程中大量的煤矸石排放堆积不仅对生态环境造成了严重危害,同时也是对资源的浪费,因此,研究煤矸石的资源化再利用具有重要的现实意义。 由于淮南矿区不同煤矿、不同煤层煤矸石理化性质的不同,其有效的资源化再利用模式尚未形成。为系统研究淮南矿区主采煤层煤矸石的理化性质与元素分布特征,提出科学的矸石再利用模式,本文利用多种精密仪器和数理统计方法对淮南矿区丁集、谢桥和新庄孜煤矿11、13煤层的煤矸石样品进行了系统采集与测试,分析了其化学成分特征以及微量元素的分布特征。结果表明淮南不同煤矿、不同煤层煤矸石的化学组成分别有各自的特征。结合多种资源化利用途径对原材料性能的要求,研究分析了淮南矿区不同煤矿煤矸石的利用方案,提出了多种煤矸石资源化再利用的途径,为淮南矿区固体废物无害化综合治理提供了理论参考和技术支持。
[Abstract]:Coal is one of the most important energy sources in China. Huainan coalfield is the most important energy base in the east of China. During the coal mining process, a large amount of coal gangue emissions and accumulations not only cause serious harm to the ecological environment, but also waste the resources. It is of great practical significance to study the reuse of coal gangue. Due to the different physical and chemical properties of coal gangue in different coal mines in Huainan mining area, its effective resource reuse model has not yet been formed. In order to systematically study the physicochemical properties and elemental distribution characteristics of coal gangue in main coal seam of Huainan mining area, a scientific reuse mode of gangue is put forward. In this paper, a variety of precise instruments and mathematical statistics methods are used to study Dingji in Huainan mining area. The coal gangue samples of coal seam 11yang13 in Xieqiao and Xinzhuangzi coal mines were collected and tested systematically, and the chemical composition characteristics and the distribution characteristics of trace elements were analyzed. The results show that the chemical composition of coal gangue in different coal mines and different coal seams in Huainan has its own characteristics. According to the requirements of various ways of resource utilization to the performance of raw materials, the utilization schemes of coal gangue in different coal mines in Huainan mining area are studied and analyzed, and the ways of reuse of coal gangue are put forward. It provides theoretical reference and technical support for comprehensive treatment of solid waste in Huainan mining area.
