螺旋形缓坡副斜井施工控制

【摘要】:神华蒙西棋盘井煤矿缓坡副斜井井筒工程全长5 588 m,埋深476 m,呈螺旋状至底部煤层工作面,井筒采用直墙半圆拱断面,断面尺寸18.9 m2。井筒通过地质非常复杂,主要为第四系砂土层、第三系砂砾层、砂质泥岩等,部分地段穿过煤层,加之井筒断面小,施工难度非常大。为了实现斜井施工安全、快速、低成本的目标,本文在收集国内外有关隧道和煤矿井巷施工技术资料的基础上,结合棋盘井煤矿斜井的特点,对斜井施工的技术难题进行了研究。施工工法的确立和运输方案的选择将直接影响斜井的施工进度和施工安全,本文根据棋盘井斜井的断面开挖形式,采用有轨运输施工技术;研究了螺旋式斜井通风技术;研究了明槽段施工技术;研究了第三系暗槽段施工技术;研究了基岩段施工技术以及通风施工技术。
[Abstract]:Shenhua Mengxi Qipan Coal Mine has a total length of 5 588 m and a buried depth of 476 m. The shaft adopts a straight wall semi-circular arch section with a sectional size of 18.9 m ~ 2. The wellbore passing through geology is very complicated, mainly composed of Quaternary sandy soil layer, Tertiary sandy gravel layer, sandy mudstone and so on. Some parts of the well pass through coal seam, and the shaft cross section is small, so the construction is very difficult. In order to achieve the goal of safe, fast and low cost construction of inclined wells, this paper combines the characteristics of inclined wells in Qipanjing coal mine on the basis of collecting the technical data of tunnel and coal mine roadway construction at home and abroad. The technical problems of inclined well construction are studied. The establishment of construction method and the choice of transportation scheme will directly affect the construction progress and construction safety of inclined well. According to the cross-section excavation form of chipboard well, the construction technology of rail transportation is adopted, and the ventilation technology of spiral inclined shaft is studied. The construction technology of the open groove section, the construction technology of the tertiary dark groove section, the construction technology of the bedrock section and the ventilation construction technology are studied.
