一种新型阳离子捕收剂DCZ浮选性能研究

【摘要】:针对传统阴离子捕收剂需对矿浆加温才能使用的弊端,研制了一种醚胺类阳离子捕收剂DCZ。以石英、赤铁矿、磁铁矿为试样对捕收剂DCZ的浮选性能进行了试验研究,并借助动电位检测及红外光谱检测等检测手段对捕收剂DCZ与三种单矿物的作用机理进行了探讨。浮选研究结果表明:以DCZ为捕收剂,在浮选温度5℃到35℃、pH值为2~12范围内,DCZ对温度与pH值的适应力极强,最佳条件下石英、赤铁矿及磁铁矿回收率分别为99.5%,99.0%,84.0%,且在淀粉作抑制剂,DCZ用量13 mg/L,抑制剂用量16 mg/L,温度为18℃,pH值为8.0的条件下,捕收剂DCZ对石英与赤铁矿及磁铁矿之间的分选效果最好,能够实现各试验矿样间的有效分选;结合Zeta电位检测及红外光谱检测结果表明,捕收剂DCZ与石英及赤铁矿发生了氢键吸附,与磁铁矿发生了静电吸附。
