无极绳单轨吊辅助运输装置的设计研究

【摘要】:目前我国使用的新型辅助运输设备主要有无轨胶轮车、齿轨车、卡轨车和单轨吊等四大类。单轨吊在新型辅助运输设备中倍受瞩目,所以近几年单轨吊的发展速度越来越快。单轨吊中使用较为广泛的是液压单轨吊,柴油机车单轨吊和蓄电池单轨吊,但是这三种单轨吊都存在爬坡能力差的问题,经常发生重车跑车现象,存在很大的安全隐患, 针对以上三种单轨吊存在的爬坡能力差问题,本文设计研究了无极绳单轨吊,它将其它单轨吊的劣势变成了自己的优势,具有很强的爬坡能力,能够安全高效的运行。 首先,通过对某矿井的实地考察,对国内外单轨吊的发展现状进行研究,得知无极绳单轨吊的使用情况和设计生产的必要性,并搜集相关的资料,为无极绳单轨吊的设计做好准备工作。 其次,用Solidworks软件对无极绳单轨吊的结构进行了设计,其中包括行走装置、起吊装置、制动系统、连接装置、钢丝绳固定生根座、储绳卷筒和托绳轮等。对钢丝绳进行选型,通过理论计算确定钢丝绳的直径为Φ26mm。同样对工字钢的型号进行选项,并简要介绍了其安装方法,最终得到整个装置的模型。用Ansys Workbench软件对整个装置中的行走装置、起吊装置和制动装置进行静力学和动力学的分析,确定机构设计的合理性和固有频率,为下一步的研究提供理论依据。 最后,对无极绳单轨吊中的主要部件钢丝绳做了单独的研究,通过力学理论计算确定了钢丝绳的受力情况,对钢丝绳的的失效形式进行了简要介绍,预测了钢丝绳的使用寿命,并在理论计算的基础上进行了分析计算,通过分析结果确保整个装置运行的安全性,为以后的设计生产提供了理论依据。
[Abstract]:At present, there are four kinds of new auxiliary transportation equipment used in our country, such as trackless rubber wheel car, toothed rail car, rail truck and monorail crane. Monorail crane has attracted much attention in the new auxiliary transportation equipment, so the development of monorail crane is getting faster and faster in recent years. In monorail crane, hydraulic monorail crane, diesel locomotive monorail crane and battery monorail crane are widely used. However, these three monorail cranes all have the problem of poor climbing ability, which often lead to the phenomenon of heavy-duty sports cars, and there are great hidden dangers in safety. Aiming at the problem of poor climbing ability of the three kinds of monorail cranes mentioned above, this paper designs and studies the monorail crane without pole rope, which turns the inferiority of other monorail cranes into its own advantage, and has a strong ability to climb slope, and can run safely and efficiently. First of all, through the field investigation of a mine, the development status of monorail crane at home and abroad is studied, and the use of monorail crane without pole rope and the necessity of design and production are known, and relevant data are collected. Prepare for the design of the monorail crane. Secondly, the structure of monorail suspension is designed with Solidworks software, including walking device, hoisting device, braking system, connecting device, wire rope fixing rooting seat, storage rope reel and supporting rope wheel, etc. The diameter of wire rope is determined to be 桅 26mm by theoretical calculation. At the same time, the model of I-steel is selected, and the installation method is introduced briefly. Finally, the model of the whole device is obtained. The statics and dynamics of the walking device, hoisting device and braking device in the whole device are analyzed by Ansys Workbench software, and the rationality and natural frequency of the mechanism design are determined, which provides the theoretical basis for the next research. Finally, the main parts of the monorail suspension are studied separately, the mechanical theory calculation is used to determine the stress of the wire rope, the failure form of the wire rope is briefly introduced, and the service life of the wire rope is forecasted. On the basis of theoretical calculation, the analysis and calculation are carried out to ensure the safety of the whole unit, which provides a theoretical basis for the design and production in the future.
