基于卡车对地比压实验的路面固化剂技术指标研究

【摘要】:为了研究露天煤矿卡车运输路面固化剂需要达到的技术指标,实现卡车运输环节的减尘抑尘,在神华哈尔乌素露天煤矿端帮做了卡车在空载满载2种条件下的对地比压监测实验。主要结论:卡车在运行状态下最大的对地比压值1.8 MPa,出现在满载状态下后轮接地处,若采用加固路面强度的方式来实现卡车抑尘,路面强度需要达到1.8 MPa;路面0~5 cm深度内,空载时平稳层深度5~15 cm,15 cm深度以下卡车影响极速衰减,而满载时平稳层深度5~20 cm,路面平稳层强度需达到1.4 MPa。固化剂在路面施工需要建设5~20 cm的平稳层和0~5 cm的路面胶结层,且两层均达到强度要求才能达到良好的路面固化效果,实现卡车运输环节减尘抑尘的目的。
[Abstract]:In order to study the technical index needed to be reached by road curing agent for truck transportation in opencast coal mine, the dust reduction and dust suppression in truck transportation link can be realized. In Shenharusu opencast coal mine, an experiment was carried out to monitor the specific pressure of the truck under two conditions of no load and full load. The main conclusion is that the maximum specific pressure to the ground of truck is 1.8 MPa, under the condition of full load. If the road surface strength is strengthened to achieve the truck dust suppression, the road surface strength needs to reach 1.8 MPa;. In the 0 ~ 5 cm depth of road surface, truck below 5 ~ 15 cm,15 cm depth of stationary layer under no-load has an effect on extreme attenuation, while at full load, the intensity of stationary layer depth of 5 ~ 20 cm, pavement should be up to 1.4 MPa.. It is necessary to construct a stable layer of 5 ~ 20 cm and a cemented layer of 0 ~ 5 cm on the road surface by curing agent, and both layers can achieve good curing effect and achieve the purpose of dust reduction and dust suppression in truck transportation link.
