三产品旋流分级筛筛网分级特性研究

【摘要】:细粒煤分级技术是现阶段矿物加工领域研究的热点问题。三产品旋流分级筛作为一种新型高效的细粒煤分级设备,具有重要的研究价值和应用前景。本论文核心研究内容为三产品旋流分级筛筛网分级特性,通过理论分析和试验研究获得相应结论,指导工业生产。理论分析意在描述三产品旋流分级筛内部固液两相流体的运动,指导试验研究和工业应用。一方面,根据已有研究成果和流体力学知识,分析内部流场中液相流体和固相颗粒的运动特性,得出流场速度分布、压力分布及固相颗粒分布规律;另一方面,从结构特点入手,将分级过程分为内部旋流分级过程和筛网分级过程,着重讨论筛网分级过程,借助弧形筛透筛理论对筛网的工作原理和分级理论做了详细阐述,并提出理论透筛粒度和筛网分级粒度的计算公式。试验研究旨在总结三产品旋流分级筛试验结果反映的结论,印证理论分析,作为生产规律应用于工业生产。首先,选择入料浓度、入料压力、底流口直径及两两交互作用进行正交试验,得到各因素对整机和筛网分级指标影响的显著性规律,确定最显著因素为入料浓度和底流口直径的交互作用;然后,对入料浓度和底流口直径交互作用进行试验研究,得出该因素对分级指标的影响规律,并通过数据分析获得入料浓度和底流口直径的最佳匹配关系满足一元线性回归方程?6 6,运用该关系可知在筛下分流比为68~70%时可取得理想分级效果;最后,整理已有试验数据,以工况条件为输入参数,分级评价指标为输出参数,应用BP神经网络建立相应数学模型,验证分析其整体误差为8.49%,能够满足工业生产的精度要求。本论文的研究成果为深入研究三产品旋流分级筛分级原理打下了基础,同时也为该设备的工业化应用起到了推动作用。
[Abstract]:Fine-grained coal classification technology is a hot issue in the field of mineral processing. As a new type of high-efficient fine coal classification equipment, the three-product swirl classifier has important research value and application prospect. The core of this thesis is the characteristics of three-product swirl sieve screen classification. The corresponding conclusions are obtained through theoretical analysis and experimental study to guide industrial production. The theoretical analysis is intended to describe the motion of solid-liquid two-phase fluid in the three-product swirl classifier and to guide the experimental study and industrial application. On the one hand, according to the existing research results and hydrodynamics knowledge, the movement characteristics of liquid fluid and solid particles in the internal flow field are analyzed, and the velocity distribution, pressure distribution and solid particle distribution law of the flow field are obtained. On the other hand, starting with the structural characteristics, the classification process is divided into the internal swirl flow classification process and the sieve mesh classification process. The working principle and the classification theory of the sieve mesh are described in detail with the help of the sieve screening theory. The formulas of theoretical sieve granularity and sieve mesh granularity are put forward. The purpose of the experimental study is to summarize the conclusion of the test results of the three-product swirl classifier and to confirm the theoretical analysis, which is applied to industrial production as the production law. First of all, the orthogonal experiments were carried out by selecting the feed concentration, feed pressure, bottom flow diameter and pairwise interaction, and obtained the significant law of the influence of each factor on the classification index of the whole machine and the screen mesh. The most significant factor is the interaction between feed concentration and bottom flow diameter. Then, the interaction between the feed concentration and the diameter of the bottom outlet is studied, and the influence of the factor on the grading index is obtained. Through the data analysis, the best matching relation between the feed concentration and the bottom outlet diameter is obtained, which satisfies the linear regression equation of one variable? 66. By using this relationship, the ideal classification effect can be obtained when the ratio of below sieve shunt ratio is 68 ~ 70. Finally, the existing experimental data are sorted out, the operating conditions are taken as input parameters and the grading evaluation indexes are used as output parameters. The corresponding mathematical model is established by using BP neural network, and the overall error of the analysis is 8.49. Can meet the precision requirements of industrial production. The research results of this paper lay a foundation for the further study of the principle of three-product swirl classification and screening, and also play a role in promoting the industrial application of the equipment.
