牛儿庄矿56901薄煤层工作面矿压显现规律研究

【摘要】:薄煤层开采研究是我国煤矿行业研究的重点领域,薄煤层工作面由于其工作面条件限制,顶板管理复杂,受矿山压力影响,开采条件复杂。所以,对薄煤层矿压规律及开采方法的研究,为薄煤层工作面安全高效生产提供有效的技术保障。本文以牛儿庄矿56901工作面为研究背景,通过理论分析、实验室相似模拟等方法,并在工作面现场进行矿压实测,对56901工作面矿压显现特征、顶底板运移规律、上覆岩层移动特征进行研究。在工作面现场布置测点对围岩受力及支承压力分布特征进行测定,分析工作面所受矿压。通过实验室相似模拟实验,分析工作面上覆岩层矿压规律及其应力分布、岩层破断特征。通过对牛儿庄矿56901薄煤层工作面进行研究,在研究其地质条件和矿压规律的基础上,分析薄煤层围岩受力与支护理论,确保矿井安全高效生产,并为工作面开采过程中遇到的一系列问题提出优化方案及解决措施。
[Abstract]:The research on thin coal seam mining is a key area of coal mining industry in our country. Because of its working face condition restriction, roof management is complex, the mining condition is complicated because of the influence of mine pressure. Therefore, the study of mine pressure law and mining method of thin coal seam provides an effective technical guarantee for safe and efficient production of thin coal seam face. This paper takes Niuerzhuang Coal Mine 56901 face as the research background, through theoretical analysis, laboratory similar simulation and other methods, and carries out the actual measurement of mine pressure in the working face field. The characteristics of mine pressure behavior and the law of roof and floor movement in 56901 working face are studied in this paper. The characteristics of overlying strata movement are studied. The stress of surrounding rock and the distribution of supporting pressure are measured at the site of the working face, and the pressure of the face is analyzed. In this paper, the rock pressure law, stress distribution and fracture characteristics of overlying strata on working face are analyzed by similar simulation experiment in laboratory. Based on the study of the 56901 thin coal seam face in Niuerzhuang Coal Mine, and on the basis of studying its geological conditions and rock pressure law, the paper analyzes the stress and support theory of surrounding rock in thin coal seam, so as to ensure the safe and efficient production of the mine. The optimization scheme and solution are put forward for a series of problems encountered in the mining process of working face.
