经济全球化背景下鄂尔多斯矿产资源开发整合研究

【摘要】：矿产资源作为国民经济发展的重要支柱产业,随着工业生产的快速发展,人们对于矿产资源的需求量与日俱增,但开发过程的管理混乱、综合利用率低、环境污染严重等问题日益突出,这就促使要我们改进发展思路,转变发展模式,实现矿产资源可持续发展。因此,本文以鄂尔多斯矿产资源整合为研究对象,以经济全球化为研究背景,在对国内外矿产资源开发整合相关研究成果进行分析的基础上,对鄂尔多斯市矿产资源的开发整合现状进行全面剖析,从不同角度分析矿产资源整合后的优势所在,采用熵权-模糊综合评判法对鄂尔多斯市矿产资源整合效果进行评价,为促进鄂尔多斯市矿产资源进一步整合提出整改建议,指出应当加大矿产资源开采技术创新、构建矿产资源开发利用的国家统一管理体制、加快矿产资源开发的绿色发展,打造新价值链、合理设定资源整合的考量指标、科学采用矿产资源整合模式、坚持政府引导与市场运作相结合、多措并举做好矿产资源执法大检查工作,实现矿产资源开发利用的可持续发展,建立集约型、环境友好型的可持续发展战略。本文在理论分析的基础上提出了本文的研究内容、研究方法及思路;并且阐述了矿产资源开发整合相关理论,概括总结了矿产资源整合方法,提出了经济全球化背景下进行矿产资源整合的意义。最后,感谢指导老师的辛勤付出和极大的帮助,由于本人水平有限,文章中不足之处请各位老师指正。
[Abstract]:Mineral resources as an important pillar industry of national economic development, with the rapid development of industrial production, the demand for mineral resources is increasing day by day, but the management of the development process is chaotic, and the comprehensive utilization ratio is low. The environmental pollution is becoming more and more serious, which urges us to improve the thinking of development, change the mode of development and realize the sustainable development of mineral resources. Therefore, this paper takes the integration of mineral resources in Ordos as the research object, takes the economic globalization as the research background, and analyzes the related research results of mineral resources development and integration at home and abroad. This paper analyzes the present situation of the development and integration of mineral resources in Ordos, analyzes the advantages of the integration of mineral resources from different angles, and evaluates the effect of the integration of mineral resources in Ordos by entropy weight fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method. In order to promote the further integration of mineral resources in Ordos City, this paper puts forward some suggestions for further consolidation and reform, and points out that the technological innovation of mineral resources exploitation should be strengthened, the unified management system of mineral resources exploitation and utilization should be established, and the green development of mineral resources exploitation should be accelerated. To build a new value chain, to rationally set the consideration index for the integration of resources, to adopt scientifically the mode of integration of mineral resources, to adhere to the combination of government guidance and market operation, and to do a good job in inspecting the law enforcement of mineral resources at the same time. To realize the sustainable development of mineral resources exploitation and utilization and to establish the strategy of intensive and environment-friendly sustainable development. On the basis of theoretical analysis, this paper puts forward the research contents, research methods and ideas of this paper. The related theories of mineral resources development and integration are expounded, the methods of mineral resources integration are summarized, and the significance of mineral resources integration under the background of economic globalization is put forward. Finally, thanks to the guidance teacher's hard work and great help, due to my limited level, the article's deficiencies please correct the teachers.
