智能数字测斜仪的研制

【摘要】:测斜仪可以准确的监测尾矿库坝体内部变形情况,为判断坝体变形趋势和变形速率的提供直观数据信息,目前,已广泛应用于各类尾矿库的安全监测中。本课题以高精度的角速度、加速度和电子罗盘传感器为基础研制智能数字测斜仪。测斜仪的研制主要分为以下3个部分:(1)研究三个传感器的安装误差,并设计了安装误差的消除方法;提出四元数-UKF算法,设计了四元数-无迹卡尔曼滤波器,提高智能数字测斜仪的测量精度,实现对尾矿库坝体方位角和倾斜角的高精度自动化测量。(2)设计智能数字测斜仪的硬件电路。本系统硬件主要由电源电路、信号采集处理电路、传感器控制电路,CAN总线电路等组成,微处理器采用STM32F407芯片负责数据的采集、处理和记录,采用CAN总线作为数据传输方式,提高系统的抗干扰能力和传输距离。(3)对智能数字测斜仪系统单片机程序和上位机监测系统进行设计。监控系统采用C#语言在VS平台上开发,通过编写通讯模块、数据处理模块及显示模块等。将智能数字测斜仪应用于尾矿库坝体变形在线监测中,可以实时采集坝体变形数据,并通过CAN总线传输到上位机,显示尾矿坝的变形信息。通过系统试验,本课题设计的智能数字测斜仪达到了技术指标要求。在实际工程应用,能及时发现尾矿坝出现的问题,对尾矿库坝体测量和预警有着一定的参考意义。
[Abstract]:The inclinometer can accurately monitor the internal deformation of the tailing dam body and provide visual data information for judging the deformation trend and deformation rate of the dam body. At present, it has been widely used in the safety monitoring of various tailing reservoirs. Based on high precision angular velocity, acceleration and electronic compass sensor, an intelligent digital inclinometer is developed in this paper. The development of the inclinometer is mainly divided into the following three parts: (1) the installation error of the three sensors is studied, and the method of eliminating the installation error is designed; A quaternion-UKF algorithm is proposed and a quaternion-unscented Kalman filter is designed to improve the measuring accuracy of the intelligent digital inclinometer. The automatic measurement of azimuth and inclination angle of tailing dam body is realized. (2) the hardware circuit of intelligent digital inclinometer is designed. The hardware of the system is mainly composed of power circuit, signal acquisition and processing circuit, sensor control circuit, CAN bus circuit and so on. The microprocessor uses STM32F407 chip to collect, process and record data, and CAN bus is used as data transmission mode. Improve the anti-interference ability and transmission distance of the system. (3) the intelligent digital inclinometer system single-chip computer program and upper computer monitoring system design. The monitoring system is developed on VS platform with C # language. The communication module, data processing module and display module are written. The intelligent digital inclinometer is applied to the on-line monitoring of the dam body deformation in the tailings reservoir. The deformation data of the dam can be collected in real time and transmitted to the upper computer by CAN bus to display the deformation information of the tailings dam. Through the system test, the intelligent digital inclinometer designed in this paper meets the technical requirements. In practical engineering application, the problems of tailings dam can be found in time, which has a certain reference significance for the dam body survey and early warning of tailing dam.
