煤炭开采条件下长河流域资源利用特征分析及优选

【摘要】:基于煤炭资源开采对区域社会经济和自然条件的作用双面性,分析煤炭开采条件下长河流域资源利用的特征并优化资源开发的进度和范围。采用现场调查、GIS空间分析与系统综合分析方法,对长河流域建设用地、耕地、水资源利用特征进行分析,并情景模拟不同程度煤矿开采规模引起的水土资源变化情况,结果显示:资源开采对建设用地的布局有聚集效应,对耕地破坏是短期可修复的,对浅层地下水的破坏短期内不可逆。同时,情景分析表明保护开采模式下的资源利用方式可以实现系统最优化,执行过程中需要把握好资源开发的进度和范围。
[Abstract]:Based on the dual effects of coal resource exploitation on regional social economy and natural conditions, this paper analyzes the characteristics of resource utilization in Changhe River Basin under the condition of coal mining and optimizes the progress and scope of resource development. Using the methods of field investigation, GIS spatial analysis and systematic comprehensive analysis, the characteristics of land use, cultivated land and water resources utilization in Changhe River Basin were analyzed, and the changes of soil and water resources caused by coal mining of different degrees were simulated. The results show that the exploitation of resources has agglomeration effect on the layout of construction land, and the damage to cultivated land can be repaired in the short term, and the damage to shallow groundwater is irreversible in the short term. At the same time, the scenario analysis shows that the resource utilization mode under the protection mining mode can realize the optimization of the system, and it is necessary to grasp the progress and scope of the resource development in the process of implementation.
