“U”型钢支架搭接处力学性能
[Abstract]:In order to study the mechanical properties of the lap joint of "U" steel support, the cable clamping at the lap joint of 29 "U" steel bracket was studied by laboratory experiments and ABAQUS/EXPLICIT finite element software simulation under different pretightening conditions. The change law and characteristics of the initial working resistance and axial bearing capacity of the support; At the same time, the stress, deformation and shrinkage characteristics of the lap joint are studied. The results show that the initial working resistance of the support, the axial bearing capacity of the support and the torque to relieve the pre-tension increase with the increase of the pre-tension torque of the nut. The axial bearing capacity of the "U" steel bracket is unstable at the lap, the intermittent sudden drop occurs, the cable screw suddenly staggered, and the contraction performance of the support is unstable. The cable screw has a serious deflection which leads to the breakage of the screw over the tensile strength and leads to the loss of the cable in the lap which affects the integrity stability and bearing capacity of the whole support and affects the safety of coal mine production. It has certain guiding significance for improving the lap form and contact mode of the "U" steel frame lap joint.
