矿山配电调度无线平台的研究

【摘要】:随着矿山生产能力、生产设备技术水平的不断提高,矿山上的配电设备逐年增多。考虑到矿山上的配电设备数量多、分布广、信息收集频度高、并且露天矿所处的地理环境恶劣,铺设有线光纤造价高,技术难度大等问题,设计了一套基于无线局域网的矿山配电调度无线平台,该系统对实现矿山配电参数的自动监测与数据的远距离传输具有十分重大的意义。设计的整个系统主要由数据采集终端、无线网络和管理主机三部分构成。整个矿山配电调度无线平台系统对矿区的配电终端及其他配电设备采集的数据进行实时传输,利用无线局域网技术,将众多分散的数据采集终端与信号基站、基站与调度管理中心进行连接,给管理人员展示整个矿区配电信息。在配电数据采集模块中,CPU采用STC12C5A60S2,三相智能采集芯片采用ADE7758,芯片具有很强的信息分析与处理功能,将软件程序的计算工作量减少,由于ADE7758自身的调整校验功能,使系统校准变得更加方便,同时也提高了对配电参数测量的精度和实时性。监控系统管理主机界面完成现场数据的采集与记录以及重要参数的报警、查询等功能,提高了系统的可操作性。通过大量的实验,验证了研制的基于无线局域网的矿山配电调度无线平台系统可以实现对矿山配电数据采集和无线远距离传输,有利于矿山的安全生产调度管理,提高矿山企业的劳动生产管理效率,降低开采成本,对实现数字化矿山管理有重要的意义。
[Abstract]:With the increasing of mine production capacity and technical level of production equipment, the distribution equipment in mine is increasing year by year. Taking into account the large number of distribution equipment in mines, their wide distribution, the high frequency of information collection, the harsh geographical environment in which open-pit mines are located, the high cost of laying cable optical fibers and the great technical difficulties, A wireless platform for mine distribution dispatching based on WLAN is designed. The system is of great significance for automatic monitoring of mine distribution parameters and long-distance transmission of data. The whole system is composed of three parts: data acquisition terminal, wireless network and management host. The whole mine distribution dispatching wireless platform system transmits the data collected by the distribution terminal and other distribution equipment in the mining area in real time. The distributed data acquisition terminal and the signal base station are made use of the technology of wireless local area network (WLAN). The base station is connected to the dispatching management center to display the distribution information of the whole mining area to the manager. In the distribution data acquisition module, CPU adopts STC12C5A60S2, three-phase intelligent acquisition chip and ADE7758, chip has very strong function of information analysis and processing, the calculation workload of software program is reduced, because of the adjustment and check function of ADE7758 itself, The calibration of the system becomes more convenient, and the accuracy and real-time of measuring the distribution parameters are improved. The management interface of the monitoring system completes the functions of collecting and recording the field data, alarming and querying the important parameters, and improves the maneuverability of the system. Through a large number of experiments, it is proved that the wireless platform system of mine distribution dispatching based on wireless local area network can realize data acquisition and wireless long-distance transmission of mine distribution, which is beneficial to the safe production scheduling management of mines. It is of great significance to improve the efficiency of labor production management and reduce the mining cost of mining enterprises to realize digital mine management.
