矿井通风机风量测试方法研究与仿真分析
[Abstract]:Ventilator is an important safety equipment in coal mine production. As the main parameter of ventilator, the accuracy of its measurement directly affects the evaluation of working state and performance of ventilator. Therefore, it is of great value and practical significance to study the measurement method of mine ventilator air volume and to improve the traditional method effectively. Wind velocity method is a common method of air volume measurement in mine fan performance testing at present. Taking the circular air chamber as an example, the distribution law of air flow in the air chamber is theoretically analyzed, and the layout scheme of test points is determined by using Chebechev method. When the wind speed method is used to measure the air volume, the fixed support of the sensor should be built on the wind measurement section, and the support will disturb the air flow distribution in the wind chamber and affect the accuracy of the measurement. In order to solve this problem, the simulation model of wind tunnel with and without support is established by Fluent software, and the simulated wind speed of each test point is obtained. The simulation results show that the wind velocity value of the wind profile is changed by the bracket. The maximum relative error of the wind velocity value is 10.4 and the average relative error is 4.4. According to the simulation data of wind speed in these two cases, the least square method is used to fit the data, and the functional relationship between the two velocities under the same inlet condition is obtained. The best fitting function is chosen to compensate the wind speed under the interference of the bracket. Finally, according to the improved air volume test method, based on the virtual instrument technology, the hardware platform of fan air volume test system is constructed, and the test software is designed. The paper designs and builds an experimental platform, analyzes the static characteristics of the air volume test system, simulates the error compensation function, and validates the function of the air volume test system by taking the centrifugal fan as the object. The experimental results show that the error compensation algorithm can improve the accuracy of fan air volume measurement, and the designed test system can realize the test of fan air volume.
