采煤机电缆自动拖拽控制系统研究

【摘要】:针对煤矿井下采煤机电缆在工作过程中容易发生二次或多次弯曲,造成电缆过度挤压、磨损、掉道等恶劣工况这一现象,设计一种采煤机电缆自动拖拽控制系统,适用于一般长度综采工作面,拖拽装置安装在电缆槽中,跟随采煤机电缆同步运行。该系统可实现拖缆装置自动控制功能,解决了电缆过分挤压、磨损和掉道等问题,保障了作业人员的安全。本文在分析采煤机电缆实际工况的基础上,设计采煤机电缆拖拽装置,对其结构组成与工作原理进行分析与说明;在明确系统设计原则与要求的基础上,完成了采煤机电缆自动拖拽控制系统方案设计,提出了恒扭矩与速度跟随两种控制思路并分别对其控制原理进行说明,分析了控制系统软件与硬件组成部分及其具体功能;对采煤机电缆拖拽装置进行受力分析,对电机、减速器、控制器、变频器等硬件系统进行设计选型,确定硬件通信技术;编写两种控制思路下系统主程序与子程序并进行调试,建立控制系统上位监控界面;搭建实验台对采煤机自动拖缆控制系统进行可行性验证。以上研究工作验证了采煤机电缆自动拖拽控制系统实施的可行性,可与煤矿井下采煤机配合使用。
[Abstract]:In view of the phenomenon that the cable of coal miner in coal mine is easy to bend twice or many times in the working process, which results in excessive extrusion, wear and drop of the cable, a kind of automatic towing control system for the cable of shearer is designed. Suitable for full mechanized mining face of general length, towing device is installed in cable slot, following the synchronous operation of shearer cable. The system can realize the automatic control function of the towing device, solve the problems of over-extrusion, wear and drop of the cable, and ensure the safety of the operators. Based on the analysis of the actual working conditions of the shearer cable, this paper designs the cable towing device of the shearer, and analyzes and explains its structure and working principle. On the basis of clear system design principles and requirements, the scheme design of automatic towing control system for shearer cable is completed. Two control ideas, constant torque and speed following, are put forward and their control principles are explained respectively. The software and hardware components of the control system and their specific functions are analyzed. The mechanical analysis of cable towing device of shearer, the design and selection of hardware system, such as motor, reducer, controller, frequency converter and so on, are carried out, and the hardware communication technology is determined. The main program and subroutine of the system are written and debugged under two control ideas, the upper monitoring interface of the control system is established, and the feasibility of the automatic towing cable control system of the shearer is verified by setting up an experimental bench. The above work verifies the feasibility of the automatic towing control system of shearer cable, which can be used in cooperation with coal miner.
