膏体假顶力学模型研究及有限元分析

【摘要】:为了保证矿山安全高效的回采,采用理论研究与数值模拟手段,将膏体假顶力学模型简化为简支"梁"模型,揭示了膏体假顶强度与膏体假顶厚度及经济配筋率的变化规律,研究表明,膏体假顶的极限强度随着膏体假顶厚度的增大呈多项式降低,经济配筋率随膏体假顶强度增加呈对数增加。结合新疆某铜矿工程实际情况,并通过数值模拟技术,设计锯齿形膏体假顶,确定膏体假顶厚度为3 m,强度为6.78 MPa,经济配筋率为0.6%,纵筋选择12φ14@250布置。结果表明,膏体假顶在自重及上部充填体作用下,膏体假顶可以保证正常的工作,从而很好地验证了膏体假顶力学模型的可靠性。该研究成果对膏体假顶设计具有重要的指导意义。
[Abstract]:In order to ensure the safety and efficiency of mining, the mechanical model of paste false roof is simplified into a simply supported "beam" model by means of theoretical research and numerical simulation, and the variation law of the strength, thickness and economic reinforcement ratio of paste false top is revealed. The results show that the ultimate strength of the paste roof decreases with the increase of the thickness of the paste false top, and the economic reinforcement ratio increases with the increase of the paste false top strength. Combined with the actual situation of a copper mine project in Xinjiang, and through numerical simulation technology, the jagged paste false roof is designed. The thickness of paste false top is 3 m, the strength is 6.78 MPa, the economic reinforcement ratio is 0.6 and the longitudinal reinforcement is 12 蠁 14250-arranged. The results show that under the action of self-weight and upper filling, the paste false roof can ensure the normal operation, thus the reliability of the paste pseudo-roof mechanical model is well verified. The research results are of great significance to the design of plaster roof.
