考虑管壁滑移效应膏体管道的输送阻力特性

【摘要】:为研究膏体管道输送阻力特性,针对膏体管道输送的结构流特点,将管道内膏体流区划分为柱塞流动区、剪切流动区和滑移流动区。根据流体力学理论建立考虑管壁滑移效应的膏体管道输送阻力模型,推导基于倾斜管试验的膏体流变参数计算方式,通过测定倾斜管不同倾斜角度α下的管道流速v计算管道屈服应力τ0和塑性粘度η,并在此基础上自制试验装置。针对谦比希铜矿充填物料基本特性,通过正交试验研究浓度、灰砂比和尾废比对管道摩擦阻力的影响,并根据响应面分析多因素之间的交互作用,得到各因素对管道摩擦阻力的影响顺序由大到小依次为灰砂比、尾废比、浓度。研究结果是膏体管道输送阻力特性理论与实践研究的有力补充。
[Abstract]:In order to study the resistance characteristics of plaster pipeline transportation, the plaster flow zone is divided into plunger flow zone, shear flow zone and slip flow zone according to the structural flow characteristics of paste pipeline transportation. According to the theory of fluid mechanics, the resistance model of plaster pipe transportation considering the slippage effect of pipe wall is established, and the calculation method of rheological parameters of paste based on inclined pipe test is deduced. The pipeline yield stress 蟿 0 and plastic viscosity 畏 are calculated by measuring the flow velocity v of the inclined tube at different inclined angles 伪, and on the basis of this, a self-made test device is made for the calculation of the pipeline yield stress 蟿 0 and the plastic viscosity 畏. In view of the basic characteristics of filling materials in Champi Copper Mine, the effects of concentration, ratio of ash to sand and ratio of tail to waste on the friction resistance of pipeline were studied by orthogonal test, and the interaction between multiple factors was analyzed according to the response surface. It is obtained that the order of influence of various factors on the friction resistance of pipeline is the ratio of ash to sand, the ratio of tail to waste, and the concentration. The results are a powerful supplement to the theoretical and practical research on resistance characteristics of plaster pipeline transportation.
