基于S7-200的煤矿筛分控制系统的开发

【摘要】:本文课题来源于新疆某煤矿生产企业的筛分集控系统自动化升级改造项目。结合全国和新疆的煤炭行业的发展趋势,消费市场对煤炭的产量需求和质量要求以及企业目前筛分集控系统存在的缺陷和问题。根据现场设备的运行状况和西门子200-PLC的功能特点,提出了基于S7-200PLC的煤矿筛分控制系统的开发方案。通过建立以PLC为核心控制器的筛分集散控制系统方案,利用组态软件设计计算机监控画面,可以有效的改变企业目前筛分系统自动化程度低、运行不稳定、生产过程无法做到实时动态监控等问题。结合企业现有的筛分集控系统的硬件设备,从系统运行的稳定性、安全性、可靠性和经济性的角度出发综合考虑。选取合适的硬件设施,构建现场设备与PLC控制器之间的Mod Bus总线通讯,PLC与上位计算机之间进行TCP/IP通讯,可以很好的解决通讯的稳定性、及时性和开放性的问题。利用编程软件完成对筛分系统的控制流程设计,进行相应的控制程序编写,实现系统的自动监控的功能。控制程序的主要部分是完成PLC对现场设备的数据采集、指令传输、启停控制、手/自动选择、集控与就地切换等功能的程序设计工作;辅助部分是对润滑油系统的油箱液位、润滑脂温度和流量进行PID计算控制,并实现系统的自动化监控。再通过组态王软件建立系统的监控界面和报警画面以及第三方Access数据库等,最终构成筛分系统的计算机的动态监控系统。利用现有的条件对系统进行通讯、数据采集与传输、自动控制以及设备启停仿真运行测试,不断的修正设计方案和程序的逻辑结构,最后成功的完成测试工作。为系统的实际投入运行提供了可靠性、可行性支持,测试结果表明设计的控制方案具有很好的可行性。
[Abstract]:This paper comes from the project of automatic upgrading and upgrading of screening and centralized control system in a coal mine production enterprise in Xinjiang. Combined with the development trend of the coal industry in China and Xinjiang, the demand for coal production and quality in the consumer market and the defects and problems existing in the present enterprise screening and centralizing control system are also discussed. According to the running condition of field equipment and the function characteristic of Siemens 200-PLC, the development scheme of coal mine screening control system based on S7-200PLC is put forward. By establishing the scheme of screening and distributing control system with PLC as the core controller and using configuration software to design the computer monitor picture, it can effectively change the low degree of automation and unstable operation of the screening system in enterprises at present. Production process can not achieve real-time dynamic monitoring and other issues. Combined with the existing hardware equipment of the sieving centralized control system, this paper considers the stability, security, reliability and economy of the system. Selecting appropriate hardware facilities, constructing Mod Bus bus communication between field equipment and PLC controller, and TCP/IP communication between PLC and host computer can solve the problems of stability, timeliness and openness of communication. The control flow of the screening system is designed by programming software, and the corresponding control program is compiled to realize the function of automatic monitoring of the system. The main part of the control program is to complete the data acquisition, instruction transmission, start / stop control, hand / automatic selection, centralized control and local switching functions of PLC. The auxiliary part is to calculate and control the level of oil tank, the temperature and flow rate of lubricating grease by PID, and to realize the automatic monitoring of the system. Then the monitor interface and alarm screen of the system and the third party Access database are established by Kingview software. Finally, the computer dynamic monitoring system of screening system is constructed. Using the existing conditions of communication, data acquisition and transmission, automatic control and equipment start and stop simulation test, constantly modify the design scheme and the logical structure of the program, and finally successfully complete the test work. It provides the reliability and feasibility support for the practical operation of the system. The test results show that the designed control scheme is very feasible.
