刮板输送机在冲击载荷作用下的动态特性研究
[Abstract]:Scraper conveyer is one of the core parts in coal mining industry. In the process of coal mining, scraper conveyors in different positions of fuselage, unscheduled, have to bear static load and cyclic load. Many kinds of loads with completely different properties, such as impact loads, may lead to accidents such as card and chain breakage of scraper chain, which will result in the whole mining work being unable to carry on normally. In this paper, the dynamic model of scraper conveyor is established on the basis of considering the elasticity and clearance between the chute. Based on the example of Matlab, the dynamic response of scraper conveyor under steady load is analyzed. At the same time, the dynamic response of scraper conveyor chain on load side is studied. The results show that the chain speed between the chain position and the head decreases to 0 in a very short time, and the chain speed from the chain to the tail decreases slowly, while the chain tension between the chain and the head increases sharply. It is much larger than the tension when the chain is running steadily, so it is easy to break the chain in this section; the chain tension between the chain and the tail is almost zero, and the chain has a tendency to accumulate. At the same time, considering the non-uniform force of the scraper in the actual operation process, the scraper will produce torsional wobble. On this basis, the dynamic model of the scraper chain system is established, and two kinds of impact loads, step and pulse, are used to simulate the chain mode. The two kinds of impact loads were applied to the end of the scraper, and the dynamic characteristics of the scraper chain system of the scraper conveyor were simulated by using Matlab software. It is concluded that when the chain system of scraper is subjected to impact load, the clamped scraper will produce torsional vibration, which will cause other scrapers to produce different degrees of torsional vibration. The closer it is to the stuck scraper, the more intense the torsion vibration is, and the less obvious the torsion vibration is when it is far away from the stuck scraper. The research results in this paper will provide some relevant data and theoretical reference for the structure optimization design and the development of fault diagnosis technology of scraper conveyor in China in the future.
