高砷含金硫精矿微波预处理提金的研究

【摘要】:本研究选用的原料为湖南某铅锌矿浮选后的硫精矿,硫的品位约50%,如果不做预处理,直接浸出率只有9.82%,是典型的难处理金矿石,必须在浸出前将矿石中金的包裹体打开,使金裸露,才能有效提高浸出率。随着国家对环保和节能的要求不断提高,传统的焙烧方式虽然可以收集尾气进行处理,但是能耗高,能量利用率低,采用更加高效的预处理方式是一种必然趋势。国内外对微波处理难浸金矿已经开展了一些研究,但是面对如此高的硫品位,尚没有实际指导。本课题探索了微波焙烧的基本条件,从环保的角度考虑,对尾气进行了及时收集处理。非氰浸金的研究是近些年提金领域的研究热点,本研究采用了相对安全环保的碘化法浸金,避免氰化法或其他有毒浸出剂的使用,优化了浸出条件,为碘化法的工业应用提供了参考。本文的主要研究内容有:(1)本矿为高砷含金硫精矿,分析了硫精矿的化学组成和粒积分布,S和Fe的含量很高,分别达到了49.93%和41.86%,粒度小于200目的占70%。XRD分析表明,原矿中金属矿物主要为黄铁矿(Fe S2),其他矿物的衍射强度很弱,脉石矿物主要为石英;(2)物相分析表明,高砷含金硫精矿中的非单体金大部分包裹于金属矿物中,比例为98.57%。由TGA和DTGA分析可知,样品从400℃开始到650℃左右时,发生较大的失重,失重率达27%;(3)当微波功率为16 k W、焙烧时间为50 min、矿量为900 g时,样品失重率可达28.12%。由微波焙烧前后的XRD谱可知,样品的组成发生了明显改变,Fe S2被氧化成Fe2O3。SEM分析的结果可知,焙烧前的硫精矿颗粒较大,结构致密,表面光滑;而经微波焙烧后,颗粒细小均匀且松散多孔,比表面积较之原矿增加明显;(4)优化碘浓度、碘和碘化钾质量比、液固比、和浸出时间,金的浸出率为71.56%,而未经微波焙烧预处理的硫精矿,浸出率仅9.82%,效果显著。
[Abstract]:The raw material used in this study is the sulfur concentrate after flotation of a lead-zinc ore in Hunan Province. The grade of sulfur is about 50. If no pretreatment is done, the direct leaching rate is only 9.82, which is a typical refractory gold ore. The inclusion of gold in the ore must be opened before leaching, so that the gold can be exposed so that the leaching rate can be improved effectively. With the increasing requirement of environmental protection and energy saving, the traditional roasting method can collect tail gas for treatment, but the energy consumption is high and the energy utilization is low. It is an inevitable trend to adopt more efficient pretreatment method. Microwave treatment of refractory gold deposits has been studied at home and abroad, but in the face of such a high sulfur grade, there is no practical guidance. In this paper, the basic conditions of microwave roasting are explored, and the tail gas is collected and treated in time from the point of view of environmental protection. The study of non-cyanide leaching of gold is a hot spot in the field of gold extraction in recent years. In this study, a relatively safe and environmentally friendly iodide method was used to extract gold, to avoid the use of cyanide or other toxic leaching agents, and to optimize the leaching conditions. It provides a reference for the industrial application of iodization method. The main contents of this paper are as follows: (1) the ore is a high arsenic-bearing gold-sulfur concentrate. The chemical composition and particle integral distribution of sulfur concentrate are analyzed. The contents of S and Fe are very high, reaching 49.93% and 41.86%, respectively. The results of 70%.XRD analysis show that the main metallic minerals in the raw ore are pyrite (Fe S2), the diffraction intensity of other minerals is very weak, and the gangue mineral is mainly quartz. (2) the phase analysis shows that most of the non-monomer gold in the high-arsenic gold-sulfur concentrate is wrapped in metallic minerals with a ratio of 98.57.
