不同顶板条件下巷旁支护方式的分析

【摘要】:为了维护巷道的稳定,传统的煤炭开采浪费了大量的资源,因为留下了部分煤柱作为支护。在煤炭资源日益枯竭的今天,煤炭资源能否合理开采及其如何提高煤炭资源的采出率和回收率成为当今热点话题。而沿空留巷技术能够很好的解决这一问题。它有很多优点:巷道掘进量小,可缓解采掘接替紧张、煤炭资源的回收和采出率高,节省了煤炭资源、经济和技术上的效益高、减少了因留设煤柱而引起的矿井灾害等等。 然而传统的巷旁支护往往并不能起到上述各方面的作用,因为支护材料和支护形式的不同以及地质条件越来越复杂,巷旁支护的适用性逐渐降低,石灰岩等坚硬顶板、深部巷道顶板、倾斜煤层顶板等条件下沿空留巷技术的研究也并不成熟。基于此,针对不同顶板条件下沿空留巷实际情况,,开展了沿空留巷技术试验研究。 本文将通过理论分析、计算机数值模拟、现场实测等手段,采用合理的巷旁支护材料和支护形式研究不同顶板条件下的巷旁支护。减轻和分担巷旁内支架的受载,避免巷内支架产生严重变形,最终结合工程实践对参数进行优化和调整。为今后的工程实践提供一些依据。
[Abstract]:In order to maintain the stability of roadway, traditional coal mining wastes a lot of resources, because some coal pillars are left as support. Nowadays, with the increasingly exhausted coal resources, whether the coal resources can be exploited reasonably and how to improve the recovery rate and recovery rate of coal resources has become a hot topic. And the technology of roadway left along the gob can solve this problem very well. It has many advantages: small tunneling quantity, can alleviate the tension of mining replacement, high recovery and recovery rate of coal resources, save coal resources, high economic and technical benefits, and reduce mine disasters caused by the retention of coal pillars, and so on. However, the traditional roadway side support often can not play the role of the above aspects, because the different support materials and support forms and geological conditions are more and more complex, the applicability of roadway side support is gradually reduced, and hard roof, such as limestone, etc. The research on the technology of roadway along goaf under the condition of deep roadway roof and inclined coal seam roof is not mature. Based on this, according to the actual situation of gob-side retaining roadway under different roof conditions, the experimental research on the technology of gob-side retaining roadway is carried out. By means of theoretical analysis, computer numerical simulation and field measurement, this paper studies roadway side support under different roof conditions by means of reasonable roadway side support material and support form. It can reduce and share the load of the support beside the roadway, avoid the serious deformation of the support in the roadway, and finally optimize and adjust the parameters combined with the engineering practice. To provide some basis for future engineering practice.
