新型防灭火材料固体泡沫特性实验

【摘要】:为提高泡沫材料的发泡倍数并降低成本,进行了固体泡沫特性及其添加无机物(黄沙)的实验研究.通过分析原料A马丽散与发泡剂B在不同配比下混合及混合加沙后固体泡沫的发泡特性,找出最佳配比和最佳含沙质量分数使发泡倍数最大,对比分析添加无机物前后的经济成本,并在天池矿102尾巷采空区进行了现场应用研究.结果表明:原料A马丽散、发泡剂B的最佳配比为1:1.2,当含沙质量分数为25%时发泡倍数最大为14.220且防灭火效果较好.
[Abstract]:In order to improve the foaming ratio of foam materials and reduce the cost, the properties of solid foam and the addition of inorganic material (yellow sand) were studied. By analyzing the foaming characteristics of solid foams mixed with foaming agent B and raw material A Marisan and mixed with Gaza in different proportions, it was found out that the best mix ratio and the best mass fraction of sand had the highest foaming multiple. The economic cost before and after the addition of inorganic matter was analyzed, and the field application study was carried out in 102 mined-out areas of Tianchi Coal Mine. The results show that the best ratio of foaming agent B is 1: 1.2, when the mass fraction of sand is 25, the maximum foaming multiple is 14.220 and the fire extinguishing effect is better.
