矿井湿空气热湿参数的计算方法研究

【摘要】:为了减小矿井湿空气热湿参数计算误差,通过系统梳理热湿参数计算方法,考虑矿井湿空气温度、湿度、压力随开采深度增加而增大的特点,制作具有普遍适用性的湿空气不同大气压温湿图。分析了矿井湿空气热湿参数受空气温度、湿度、压力的影响情况,提出实际计算时应避免使用通用参数计算所引起的误差,如忽略空气压力在不同深度的变化,将会产生含湿量与比焓计算的较大误差。
[Abstract]:In order to reduce the calculation error of heat and humidity parameter of mine wet air, the characteristics of temperature, humidity and pressure of mine wet air are considered by systematically combing the calculation method of heat and humidity parameter with the increase of mining depth. Make the universal applicability of wet air temperature and humidity map at different atmospheric pressure. This paper analyzes the influence of air temperature, humidity and pressure on the heat and humidity parameters of mine wet air, and puts forward that the errors caused by the general parameter calculation should be avoided in actual calculation, such as neglecting the variation of air pressure at different depths. There will be large errors in the calculation of moisture content and specific enthalpy.
