提升机两级行星减速器轻量化设计
[Abstract]:Multistage planetary reducer of large hoist is widely used in mine production. As an important part of the reducer, the design of the reducer box has a great influence on the performance of the reducer. Designers can only use the traditional design experience to increase the wall thickness of the box to improve the structural strength, but this also increases the quality of the reducer, resulting in waste of materials and increased costs. In order to solve this problem, the lightweight design of reducer is more and more necessary. The writer of the National Science and Technology support Program, "large Mines," Research on key Technologies of Light weight and noise reduction of lifting Gear "(Project number: 2013BAF01B05) has been carried out as follows: 1 in view of the working characteristics of multi-stage planetary gear reducer of mine hoist, The finite element model of the reducer box is established by using the finite element method. On this basis, the dynamic analysis of the box body is carried out, and the load excitation of the box body under the limit condition is obtained. According to the requirements of topology optimization analysis, the box model is pretreated. The static analysis of the treated model under the limit condition is carried out, and the strength of the reducer box topology optimization model under the limit condition is obtained. 2 according to the static analysis results, the variable density method is used to expand the box body with the weighted minimum volume fraction as the optimization objective, the displacement, the minimum member size and the maximum member size as the constraint structure topology optimization. According to the topological density cloud diagram, the box is optimized and the weight of the box is reduced by 9.12. The static strength / stiffness analysis, dynamic strength / vibration velocity analysis and modal analysis of the optimized reducer box are compared with the results of the original box model. The performance of the optimized reducer box meets the requirements. The vibration analysis of the gear box is carried out, and the reliability of the dynamic model is proved. 3 the inherent characteristics of the gear transmission system are analyzed. The inherent characteristics of gear transmission system are discussed based on phase tuning theory.
