基于振动模型的采煤机摇臂齿轮局部故障频谱分析

【摘要】:从齿轮传动机理出发,考虑直齿轮局部故障对啮合振动的调幅调频作用,建立了直齿轮局部故障振动信号模型;在直齿轮局部故障模型的基础上,分析了行星齿轮结构特征及振动信号产生和变化规律,建立了行星齿轮局部故障振动信号模型。对带有不同齿轮局部故障的摇臂进行加载试验,对采集的试验振动信号进行了频谱分析,分析结果表明,所建立的齿轮故障振动信号模型能客观、准确地反映摇臂齿轮故障状态,应用频谱分析方法可实现摇臂齿轮局部故障诊断。
[Abstract]:Based on the mechanism of gear transmission, the amplitude modulation and frequency modulation effect of spur gear local fault on meshing vibration is considered, and the signal model of spur gear local fault vibration is established. Based on the local fault model of spur gear, the structure characteristics and vibration signal generation and variation law of planetary gear are analyzed, and the local fault vibration signal model of planetary gear is established. The loading test of rocker arm with different local faults of gear is carried out, and the spectrum analysis of the vibration signal of the test is carried out. The results show that the vibration signal model of gear fault can be established objectively. The fault state of rocker arm gear is accurately reflected, and the local fault diagnosis of rocker arm gear can be realized by using spectrum analysis method.
