新疆某石墨尾矿再选试验

【摘要】:新疆某石墨矿尾矿石墨含量为1.02%,石墨呈鳞片状分布,片层之间分层明显,石墨单体解离度为87%以上。为给该石墨尾矿的回收利用提供依据,进行了选矿试验。结果表明,以煤油为捕收剂、2#油为起泡剂、水玻璃为精选抑制剂,经1粗6精浮选,精选1~3尾矿扫精选,扫精选精矿与精选4~6尾矿合并返回精选2的闭路试验,获得了石墨含量为81.45%、回收率为72.49%的石墨精矿。
[Abstract]:The graphite content in the tailings of a certain graphite ore in Xinjiang is 1.02, the graphite is scaly, the layers are stratified obviously, and the degree of dissociation of graphite monomer is more than 87%. In order to provide the basis for the recovery and utilization of the graphite tailings, the ore dressing test was carried out. The results show that, with kerosene as collector, 2# oil as foaming agent, sodium silicate as cleaning depressant, 1 coarse 6 fine flotation, 1 # 3 tailings cleaning, cleaning concentrate and 4Q6 tailings are combined to return to clean 2 closed circuit test. The graphite concentrate with a graphite content of 81.45% and a recovery of 72.49% was obtained.
