新型赤铁矿反浮选大分子抑制剂MOD应用研究

【摘要】:利用设计合成的新型赤铁矿反浮选大分子抑制剂MOD对赤铁矿反浮选脱硅进行了纯矿物单矿物和人工混合矿试验研究,单矿物试验表明在阳离子反浮选工艺中,大分子抑制剂MOD对赤铁矿表现出良好的高选择性,同时对石英的可浮性影响不大。人工混合矿试验表明,在p H值11左右时,MOD用量5 mg/L,赤铁矿品位可达65.24%,回收率为98.29%。另外,Zeta电位测试及红外光谱检测结果表明抑制剂MOD在赤铁矿表面形成了吸附,从而使得赤铁矿得以抑制。
[Abstract]:A new type of hematite reverse flotation desilication (MOD) was used to study the desilication of pure mineral and artificial mixed ore in reverse flotation of hematite. The macromolecular inhibitor MOD showed high selectivity to hematite and had little effect on the floatability of quartz. The experiments of artificial mixed ore show that when pH is about 11, the hematite grade of 5 mg/L, of MOD can reach 65.24 and the recovery rate is 98.29. In addition, the results of Zeta potential measurement and infrared spectroscopy showed that the inhibitor MOD adsorbed on the surface of hematite, which resulted in the inhibition of hematite.
