变转速球磨机的波动频率研究

【摘要】:为提高磨机处于泻落运动时介质的活性,以增强介质对物料的剪切研磨作用,对变转速球磨机的波动频率开展了研究.根据球磨电动机的负载特性和筒壁介质的动态变速响应特性,从理论上获得了变转速球磨机的最大波动频率计算式.通过球磨机介质运动仿真,对不同波动频率下介质群与筒体的转差率和介质切向能耗占比的分析得出采用较低波动频率就能增强介质对颗粒的剪切研磨作用.恒转速和变转速的粉磨实验结果表明:变转速能提高球磨机的粉磨效率,转速波动频率越高单位时间产率越大,研究结果为变转速球磨机波动频率的设定提供了理论依据.
[Abstract]:In order to improve the activity of the medium when the mill is in the dripping motion and to enhance the shear grinding effect of the medium on the material, the fluctuation frequency of the ball mill with variable speed is studied. According to the load characteristics of ball mill motor and the dynamic variable speed response of cylinder wall, the formula for calculating the maximum wave frequency of ball mill with variable speed is obtained theoretically. Through the simulation of the medium motion of the ball mill, the difference rate between the medium group and the cylinder body and the percentage of tangential energy consumption under different wave frequencies are analyzed. It is concluded that the shear grinding effect of the medium on the particles can be enhanced by using the lower wave frequency. The experimental results of grinding with constant speed and variable speed show that variable rotation speed can improve the grinding efficiency of ball mill, and the higher the speed fluctuation frequency, the greater the yield per unit time. The research results provide a theoretical basis for the setting of fluctuating frequency of variable speed ball mill.
