考虑煤体非线性弹性力学行为的弹塑性本构模型

【摘要】:煤巷开挖时瞬间围岩即出现异常的、较大的弹性变形行为,难以用胡克定律解释。这表明即便是弹性变形阶段,煤体也表现出强烈的非线性行为。这是由于煤体与其他岩石相比,分布着大量的孔隙、裂隙、层理、割理等诸多类型的缺陷,具有更加明显的非均质性。首先分析了煤体的非线性弹性特征,而后给出了其非线性弹性力学行为的本构方程,并进行了数值编程,实现了可以考虑煤体非线性弹性阶段的弹塑性NLEPS本构模型,最后进行了有效的数值验证,并在大尺度的煤巷开挖中进行了应用可行性分析。计算结果表明基于NLEPS本构模型的计算结果更为准确地反映了煤层巷道开挖卸载诱发的围岩非线性变形行为。
[Abstract]:When coal roadway is excavated, abnormal and large elastic deformation appears in surrounding rock, which is difficult to be explained by Hook's law. This indicates that even in the elastic deformation stage, coal bodies exhibit strong nonlinear behavior. This is due to the fact that the coal body has more obvious heterogeneity than other rocks because of the distribution of many kinds of defects such as pores fractures bedding cleats and so on. Firstly, the nonlinear elastic characteristics of coal body are analyzed, then the constitutive equation of nonlinear elastic behavior of coal body is given, and numerical programming is carried out to realize the elastoplastic NLEPS constitutive model which can take into account the nonlinear elastic stage of coal body. Finally, effective numerical verification is carried out, and the feasibility analysis is carried out in large scale coal roadway excavation. The calculation results show that the calculation results based on NLEPS constitutive model reflect the nonlinear deformation behavior of surrounding rock induced by excavation and unloading of coal seam roadway more accurately.
