百良旭升煤矿巷道支护参数优化研究
[Abstract]:Based on the field test data and the finite difference simulation calculation, the related parameters of the original support design of the roadway are analyzed and evaluated based on the engineering background of the supporting roadway of No. 505 transport in Bailiangxusheng Coal Mine. On the basis of this, different roadway support schemes are put forward, the supporting parameters of different schemes are compared and analyzed, and the optimal support scheme is put forward. Its main work is as follows: 1. This paper analyzes and summarizes the action mechanism and design theory of anchor rod (cable), and based on the theory of self-stable invisible arch, deduces the parameter design formula of bolt (cable) supporting system. 2. By means of field monitoring and numerical simulation, the original support of 505 transportation along the channel is analyzed and evaluated. It is found that under the original support conditions, the surrounding rock deformation is obvious, the stress concentration phenomenon is serious, and the stability of surrounding rock can not be maintained. Based on the theory of self-stable stealthy arch, the related parameters of the original support scheme are optimized, and two sets of contrast schemes are put forward according to the engineering analogy method. The three schemes are calculated and analyzed by using FLAC3D simulation software, and the optimal support scheme is determined from the point of view of supporting effect, and the optimized scheme is applied to the design of roadway support. The field monitoring shows that the new support system can effectively improve the ability of resisting deformation and failure of surrounding rock, which is helpful to give full play to the bearing capacity of surrounding rock of roadway and can meet the requirements of engineering. The contents and achievements of this paper provide important reference value for the design of roadway support in the future, enrich and develop the design theory of bolt (cable) support, and have important guiding significance for the design of bolt (cable) support.
