管道风流PIV实验中示踪粒子特性

【摘要】:为选择适合巷道风流PIV实验的示踪粒子,以6种不同物理属性的固体微粒为实验粒子,利用PIV系统采集管道突扩模型下隅角附近的粒子图像.用粒子图像的曝光度、信噪比及处理后得到的矢量、流线图来反映粒子的光学和动力学特性.研究结果表明:粒径是影响示踪粒子跟随性、散射性、均匀性和信噪比的主导因素;粒径越小,粒子跟随效果越好而散射性和信噪比越差;当测试区域较大时,示踪粒子适宜的粒径范围为0.2~2μm,可选择光扩散剂或二氧化硅;当对流场细节要求较高时,可选择粒径0.2μm以下的祭祀燃香烟雾粒子.
[Abstract]:In order to select tracer particles suitable for wind flow PIV experiment in roadway, six kinds of solid particles with different physical properties were used as experimental particles. The particle images near the corner of pipe expansion model were collected by PIV system. The optical and dynamic properties of the particles are reflected by the exposure of the particle image, the SNR, the vector obtained after processing and the streamline diagram. The results show that the particle size is the leading factor affecting the tracer particle's following, scattering, uniformity and signal-to-noise ratio, and the smaller the particle size is, the better the particle follow effect is, and the worse the scattering and signal-to-noise ratio (SNR) are. When the test area is large, the suitable particle size range is 0.2 渭 m, the photodiffuser or silica can be selected, and the sacrificial incense smoke particle with diameter less than 0.2 渭 m can be selected when the detail of flow field is high.
