乌东井田瓦斯中硫化氢异常的BSR和TSR成因研究

【摘要】:为了研究煤矿瓦斯中H_2S异常的原因,以阜康矿区硫化氢异常的乌东井田为主要研究对象,通过煤岩、全硫与形态硫、孔隙特征、水文地球化学、硫酸盐还原菌(SRB)富集培养及硫同位素(34S)等测试分析,研究了煤层硫化氢异常的生物硫酸盐还原作用(BSR)和硫酸盐热化学还原作用(TSR)的成因。研究结果表明:H_2S异常矿井煤层水中SO42-离子的浓度低于正常矿井,HCO3-离子浓度高于正常矿井,尤其是HCO3-离子与SO42-离子摩尔浓度百分含量之比(γHCO3-/γSO42-)远高于H_2S正常矿井;H_2S异常矿井煤层中全硫含量一般高于0.5%,煤中硫化物硫含量也普遍偏高;H_2S异常矿井煤中大孔、中孔和过渡孔的比孔容和比表面积偏低,而微孔的比孔容和比表面积要明显偏高;富集培养了H_2S异常矿井煤层水中硫酸盐还原菌,分离提纯得到了SRB优势菌落,结合水源及煤源特征研究证实了煤矿瓦斯中H_2S异常的生物硫酸盐还原作用;基于实测乌东井田瓦斯中H_2S中δ34S、煤层水中硫酸根离子δ34S、煤层黄铁矿δ34S,证实了乌东井田瓦斯中H_2S异常的硫酸盐热化学还原作用。
[Abstract]:In order to study the cause of H _ 2S anomaly in coal mine gas, taking the abnormal hydrogen sulfide in Wudong mine field of Fukang mining area as the main research object, through coal rock, total sulfur and morphological sulfur, pore characteristics, hydrogeochemistry, (SRB) enrichment culture and sulfur isotope (34s) analysis of sulphate reducing bacteria were used to study the causes of abnormal hydrogen sulphide reduction (BSR) and sulphate thermochemical reduction (TSR) in coal seam. The results show that the concentration of SO42- ion in coal seam water of abnormal coal mine is lower than that in normal mine, and the concentration of HCO3- ion is higher than that in normal mine. Especially, the ratio of HCO3- ion to SO42- ion molar concentration (纬 HCO3-/ 纬 SO42-) is much higher than that of H2s normal mine. The total sulfur content in the coal seam with abnormal H2S is generally higher than that in the coal seam, and the sulfide sulfur content in the coal is also generally higher than that in the coal mine. The specific pore volume and specific surface area of the large, mesopore and transition holes are lower, while the specific pore volume and specific surface area of micropore are obviously higher. Sulfate-reducing bacteria in coal seam water of coal seam were enriched and cultured, the dominant colony of SRB was isolated and purified, and the biological sulfate reduction of abnormal H _ 2S in coal mine gas was confirmed by combining the characteristics of water source and coal source. Based on the measurements of 未 34S in gas in Wudong mine field, 未 34S in sulphate ion in coal seam water and 未 34Sin pyrite in coal seam, the sulphate thermochemical reduction of H2S anomaly in gas in Wudong mine field is confirmed.
